Impossibilities Update

It's me again...hope you can handle me twice in one day!  I just wanted to drop by with an update on the Impossibilities Challenge as promised.  On my end...things are coming along...shelves are being built and you know those ball jars that came in by the cases...well they are slowing being filled and looking ever so pretty...what do you think?

rows...

and rows...they are growing! so many more to be filled!

packages and...

packages waiting for a home...to be continued...

Now what is everyone else up to???
So many have taken the challenge and I have to tell you I am so thrilled and can't wait to see everything!  Here's a little preview what some of my readers are going to be up to and then you can go see what my Partners in Crime are up to and what their readers have written in!

Aimee from It's Overflowing
says:  This is so great!!!! I'll take on photography!!! I totally am excited about improving!
(take a peek at her blog all ready friends...she has some amazing photography tips and basics for you all ready...a must see!)

Ajaire from Call Ajaire
says:  Ok...I'm in.  My impossible is organizing my fabric stash! After moving around a ton over the past few years, I finally have a place to keep all of this fabric we've been dragging around with us.  it is a seriously gigantic amount, but there's no excuse what it can't be organized.  This is just the shove in the right direction I've needed! I'm in!!!!!

says:  She will be working on some projects!

Jamie from The Bullock 5
she is going to be working on her FirePlace (a big project)

She will be fixing up her kitchen pantry!

says:  What a Super Motivational challenge! My most daunting challenge right now is to make over my TINY OUTDATED UGLY kitchen with no extra money just using elbow grease creativity, frugality, paint and some old lumber from out in the garage and a whole lotta prayer!!! :) Im IN!

says: she has some cool things up her sleeve!

Rik from Cordial Chaos
says...and I say WOW...what a great challenge!  I actually have a couple of things that I'm challenging myself to by my 2 major challenges take me well past January.  I'm training to run a 5k for the first time in my life in March and you  may have noticed my 366 days of pictures that I have been posting about.

says:  I do have some things I have challenging myself to do...I finished clearning out closets, drawers and spaces...I want to list the supplies I have in my craeft room-itemized so I don't purchase repeats and use things more!

says:  Sounds like fun!  My impossible project is to upgrade our half bath.  It has a builders grade mirror that I would like to frame out with molding, and old light fixtures that I would like to replace, along with needing a new paint!  This is just what I needed to motivate!

Heidi
says:  I think this is also a great way to really start fulfilling 2012 resolutions too.  An impossible for me has always been just living in the present day, not worrying about tomorrow, the next week/month, or the next year.  I feel like the stress of the future has led me away from the beauty of "today" and the present moment.  I'm hoping to spend this month tackling this impossible head-on.  It may not be a craftsy type of impossible, but this is definitely encourage me to face the impossible of mine (how cool is this challenge!

Check out Miss Redo on her Blog!

Katherine from Katherines Corner
says:  Hoping my impossible (although I don't know if I really consider it impossible, giggle) will be possible this year.  I want to be discovered, my blog my shop and my website.  It is my goal this year to be a success!  To go to bed at night knowing I had a successful personal business day...Smooches and hugs and wishes that your impossible is always possible : )  That's a WOW!

Kasey from These Five of Mine
says:  My "impossible" is recipe organization!  My recipes are tucked in dog eared cookbooks and nearly impossible to find when I want a particular one.  I will tackle this monstrous task this month and finally get them organized!  Thanks for the shove (when you are done Kasey...you can come and do mine : )

she is taking on her laundry room and has tons of the before pictures on her blog!

well there are more being added but this is a sneak peek at some of my reader "friends" challenges...aren't they great! I can't wait to see what happens!

how about now!...

Happy Stamp y Mama
has joined us!
I have most of my house is impossible. My new years goal was to "get my house in order".... where to start. where the rubber hits the road... the kitchen. I plan on having every cubic inch Cleared, Culled & Cleaned My three C's starting in the south corner which is the pantry and working around the entire room. Very mythodicaly and loosing about one out of ever seven items. we shall see. A bit of every thing. I love this kind of challange. I really want my craft room done, but that just seems to big at first... I will be gone for two weeks... A 25 year anniversary Cruise so I will be gone woo hoo!!! However I hope to get back with a drive and ennergy to start fresh and get on with life... How exciting!! on

  5. The jars filled with cabochons are so pretty. They make me want to come up with a craft just for those! I can't wait to see the whole shebang all organized. I keep meaning to do something similar with my craft supplies, of course I probably have a tenth of the things you have to keep on hand for your shops.

I don't use blogger (except for comments) so if you want to see my follow along with the challenge you can check it out here http://realmountainvalues.com/2012/01/16/couch-crafts-hand-sewing-doll-clothes-from-scraps/

I'm trying to come up with stuff to do from a couch while I am laid up until the birth of my second child.
